Cherry Ann A.

Hi! I'm Cherry Ann and I am a versatile professional with experience in both data annotation and real estate virtual assistance. As an Annotation Specialist, I've worked with image and video datasets using bounding boxes, polygon segmentation, and keypoint tracking. I've annotated architectural floorplans, warehouse operations images, swimming videos for motion analysis, and traffic incidents footage. I have experience with AI content QA, and text/document annotation for resumes, invoices, and leases. Some of the tools I've previously used are CVAT, Labelbox, Label Studio, and Roboflow. I also have over 5 years of experience as a Real Estate VA supporting investors, leasing agents, wholesalers, and appraisers. I handle property showing appointments, property research, leasing coordination, lead management, and general admin tasks with accuracy and efficiency. I’m dedicated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality results across both fields.
