Tricia R.

I'm Tricia, a native English editor, specializing in proofreading, copyediting, and stylistic/line editing for books (from non-fiction works to novels), articles, manuals, blog posts, business documents, and web content. I'll deliver clear, polished, and engaging text — on time, every time. I'm detail-focused, easy to work with, and quick to respond to messages. As a lifelong grammar guru, I turn good writing into great content. I'll refine grammar, punctuation, sentence structure, and flow, while maintaining your unique voice and style. I have a sharp eye for detail, a gentle and collaborative approach, and maybe a touch of perfectionism. However, you'll never have to worry about judgment from me; I love working through messy first drafts! I specialize in editing works for children and Christian literature, and I especially love it when I'm able to combine both of these specialties. My editing experience also includes a wide range of projects, including the following: • Book editing (fiction, nonfiction, memoirs, picture books, self-published works) • Business writing (reports, manuals, proposals, presentations, marketing copy) • Web content (blog posts, articles, landing pages, product descriptions, SEO copy) • Nonprofit materials (newsletters, speeches, fundraising appeals) I respond promptly, deliver on schedule, and work with care so you can feel confident your writing is in expert hands. And you don't have to take my word for it — you can check out my Upwork feedback from the many satisfied clients I've had the pleasure of working with. If you're ready to take your writing to the next level, let’s talk. I look forward to hearing from you.
