Roel M.

I help Amazon FBA Sellers increase their profits by applying my effective product research strategies and optimizing product listings by making them discoverable and desirable. I am willing to learn more and undergo training. I want to grow together with your company. With almost 5 years working in the BPO industry, I have experienced working as a Customer Service Representative for a well known e-commerce website (eBay) and Citibank handling the Home Depot cards ( The largest home improvement retailer in the US). I also enrolled in a paid mentorship to become an Amazon VA from AmazonNationPH and so I know how to apply proven strategies in Product Research, Keyword Research, Supplier Sourcing and Listing Optimization. We also had lessons in PPC, Inventory Management and Customer Service. I also finished the Amazon SEO course from My Amazon Guy and I am currently taking their Catalog Course which involves Catalog Management and troubleshooting. With these experiences, I believe these will help me create a positive growth to your company. - Trained in taking phone calls, chat and email. - Excellent Customer Service - Research and Analysis of data - Works well individually and with a Team - Can work under pressure and with tight deadlines
