Mina F.
Product Operations | QA | Research
I’m a Product Operations and QA professional with experience across SaaS, healthcare, and digital services. I’m also a licensed dentist. After completing my dental degree, I realized that dentistry wasn’t where my strengths and interests were best suited, so I moved into customer service and technology, where I found that I really enjoyed solving problems, understanding products, and helping improve the way things work. I started working in Client Success at Kahunas, a SaaS platform for coaches. Alongside supporting customers, I worked on onboarding, created guides and support resources, improved internal processes, and led the onboarding team. Working closely with customers taught me to look at products from the user’s perspective and understand where people actually struggle, rather than just focusing on what the product is supposed to do. Since then, my work has expanded into product operations, QA, research, and process improvement. At Brightmeds, I work across product, operations, marketing, customer support, compliance, and technology. I review customer journeys from the first landing page through checkout, test new and existing flows, look for edge cases and inconsistencies, research competitors, document processes, and support product launches and improvements. A big part of my role is making sure that what customers see and experience actually matches how the product and business work behind the scenes. I’ve also worked on QA and product testing at Adverscale, a digital passport services company, where I tested customer-facing flows, identified issues with forms and logic, and helped improve the overall experience. One thing that has stayed consistent throughout my work is my approach: I naturally look for what could be improved. I try to identify problems and gaps without looking for someone to blame, but rather to understand why something happened and how we can prevent it from happening again. I also care a lot about the customer side of things. I believe customers should be treated as people with individual needs, not just numbers, and I try to bring that perspective into the products and processes I work on. I’m selective about the roles I take on because I want to genuinely add value, not simply complete tasks. I bring a conscientious, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to my work, and I care about doing things properly while also finding ways to make processes simpler and more efficient. I can help with Product Operations, QA, customer journey testing, competitor research, process improvement, documentation, and operational support.
