I build AI powered websites and web apps, and I produce AI video. Most recently I built IraShorts, a Marathi short drama streaming platform running on Node.js with live Razorpay subscriptions. WHAT I BUILD Full stack web apps that go to production, not prototypes. Node.js, Express, SQLite, server rendered, deployed and maintained. On IraShorts that meant: - Razorpay Standard Checkout with HMAC signature verification and a webhook fallback, so a payment is never lost when a viewer closes the tab - A subscription paywall with per story and per episode access control - Passwordless phone login with OTP - An admin panel with viewing funnel analytics, completion rates, subscriber management, revenue attribution and freelancer invoicing with TDS and GST - A progressive web app with offline support - Terms, refund and privacy pages written to Indian consumer law I use AI tooling throughout the build, which is why this takes days instead of months. What ships is real code that I own and maintain. The platform today: 23 stories, 97 episodes, 36,000 views, 6,700 viewers, 409 hours watched, 70.6% completion rate, paying subscribers on live Razorpay. I also built and run Wrendell, an English serialised fiction site. AI VIDEO I produce vertical short form video end to end: script, AI images, AI motion, voice over, captions, edit, publish. Narrated story videos, text card videos and scrolling text videos, in 1 part or 5 part serial formats. Tools: Midjourney, Kling, Seedance, Dreamina, PixVerse, Google Flow, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Claude. GROWTH AND ANALYTICS I do not stop at delivery. I track what the work earned. I run a Facebook page with 162,000 followers and an Instagram account with 15,000, and I measure the full funnel from post reach to link clicks to site visits to paid conversion, then change the product based on what the numbers say.
