I have worked in the BPO industry for more than a couple of years in total and have been recognized with individual and team awards because of the leadership, innovation, and service I bring in my everyday performances. I am detail-oriented but I also look at things from a different perspective in order for me to better my best and give my business clients more than what was being asked. I reach goals and set higher standards to improve numbers for both myself and my team (should I need to work with one) and craves for constructive criticism from my superiors so I can also re-evaluate my path towards success. I am not only proficient in conversational English but very much fluent with it so I am more than comfortable and capable of assisting customers who use the language on a daily basis.
