Aleksandar P.

I help businesses and agencies build faster, better-performing websites and modernize the systems behind how those websites are created, managed, tracked, and optimized. I bring 10+ years of professional web development experience, including 8 years with a U.S. digital marketing agency where I progressed from Web Developer to Director of Web Development. During that time, I built and led a 6-person web team, established the agency’s complete website production infrastructure, and personally developed or oversaw the delivery and management of 200+ websites across 80+ active clients. WHAT I CAN HELP YOU WITH: ✓ AI-Assisted Web Development & Custom Web Systems ✓ WordPress Development, Redesigns & Troubleshooting ✓ Website Performance & Core Web Vitals ✓ Technical & On-Page SEO ✓ Web Development Strategy & Technical Consulting ✓ Website Production Systems & Process Improvement ✓ GA4, GTM, Search Console & Conversion Tracking ✓ WhatConverts & Lead Attribution ✓ Zapier & n8n Automation ✓ APIs, Webhooks & CRM Integrations ✓ Hosting, DNS, Migrations, Security & Maintenance PROVEN PERFORMANCE RESULTS I specialize in turning underperforming websites into fast, technically sound platforms. On one documented client rebuild, I personally: → Improved mobile PageSpeed from 30 to 89 → Achieved 99/100 desktop performance → Reduced mobile load time by 11 seconds → Improved Ahrefs Site Health from 88% to 99% AI WEB DEVELOPMENT I don’t use AI simply to generate snippets of code. I independently designed and built a production-ready custom CMS and website development system using AI coding tools. The goal was to combine the speed and flexibility of modern AI-driven development with the CMS functionality businesses expect from platforms such as WordPress. The system has been deployed on real client websites and reduced website production time by more than 50%. I’ve also built AI-powered tools for WordPress content management and implemented automation using AI, Zapier, n8n, APIs, and webhooks to eliminate repetitive work. WEB LEADERSHIP & CONSULTING I’ve hired, trained, and managed developers and designers and created complete web production systems covering development, QA, hosting, security, migrations, launches, maintenance, and SOPs. This means I can contribute as more than a developer. I can audit your current setup, solve difficult technical problems, improve your processes, advise your development team, or take ownership of an entire web project. My background is particularly strong in lead-generation websites, technical SEO, digital marketing technology, and U.S. legal marketing. If you need someone who understands not only how to build a website, but how web development, SEO, performance, analytics, conversions, automation, and AI work together as a system, let’s talk.
