With 18+ years of global HR experience in diverse industries, I have developed a strong expertise in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management. In my current role, I lead the International Talent Acquisition engine for GE Healthcare. I oversee Talent Acquisition across our 150+ markets outside the US and China, a region of 27,000 passionate colleagues. Alongside my team of 75+ dedicated TA professionals, we bring over 7,000 bright talents on board every year to help "creating a world where healthcare has no limits". Prior to GE HealthCare, I was fortunate to work with several bluechip organizations like Vodafone in Egypt, PepsiCo and J&J in UAE and the US, e& in UAE, and Delivery Hero in Germany. I completed my Global Executive Ph.D. in Management at ESCP Business School, focusing on employee engagement. Additionally, I am an adjunct professor of Organizational Behavior, Change Management, and Innovation at both ESCP Business School in London and Berlin International University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, where I share my insights and knowledge with the next generation of leaders.
