Jessica R.

Hi! I’m Jessica Rocheleau — a versatile professional blending virtual administrative expertise with deep marketing and brand strategy experience, especially in the health and wellness space. As a former professional athlete and lifelong wellness advocate, I bring a unique perspective and passion to every project I take on. Over the years, I’ve supported brands like Eliel Cycling, RISE Athletes, and Zivel Performance and Recovery, creating authentic social media content, managing influencer and ambassador programs, and helping craft compelling brand stories that resonate with engaged audiences. Whether it’s developing strategic marketing plans or hands-on content creation, I combine creativity with data-driven decision making to deliver meaningful results. In parallel, I excel at providing reliable virtual admin support—organizing calendars, managing communications, editing documents, and streamlining workflows. I’m tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced, remote environments where clear communication and trust are key. If you’re looking for a proactive partner who understands the intersection of wellness, marketing, and operational excellence, I’d love to connect and see how I can help bring your vision to life.
