I’m glad to be here and look forward to building strong and effective collaborations. I am a Social Development Specialist with over 10 years of experience supporting World Bank, ADB, and USAID-financed projects in Armenia. My work focuses on environmental and social (E&S) risk management, including social impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and resettlement-related assignments. I combine strong analytical skills with hands-on project experience. I have led and contributed to the design and implementation of surveys (including sampling methodologies and questionnaire development), conducted quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and delivered high-quality reports aligned with international standards. I am particularly comfortable working with complex topics and translating them into clear, structured, and actionable outputs. My experience also includes preparing and reviewing ESF-related instruments such as ESIA inputs, SEP, and social assessments, as well as supporting evidence-based decision-making for development projects. Technical skills: SPSS, STATA, LISREL, AMOS, UCINET Quantitative & multivariate analysis, survey design, data management, and reporting (Armenian & English)
