I have filed or prepared documents for courts in Texas, California, Illinois, Georgia, Michigan, Ohio, New Jersey, Washington, Florida, and Colorado. Practice areas I work in: civil litigation, contract disputes, family law, probate and trust disputes, personal injury, premises liability, defamation, corporate transactions, workers compensation, intellectual property and domain disputes, consumer protection, and appellate practice. I hold a Computer Science degree in addition to my LAA certification, which allows me to handle eDiscovery, ESI workflows, large document productions, and technology driven legal research efficiently. I am experienced with document management systems, digital file organization, and Microsoft Word formatting for legal filings. I have worked as a law firm administrator and I understand the workflow, deadlines, and quality standards that attorneys expect. I work independently, communicate clearly, and deliver on time.
