I have several years of audit experience from two of the big four audit firms (EY and KPMG) and also an international fund administration business. My previous work experience was as an Accounting Manager for an international company which is Sanne. Prior to joining Sanne, I was an Audit Manager in KPMG Jersey for two years, before that , I was connected with KPMG Curacao in the Dutch Caribbean for three years; Ernst & Young Luxembourg for two years; Ernst & Young Curacao for three years and with Ernst & Young Philippines for three years. I had been also seconded to Ernst & Young Boston for three months. I had also six months experience as well working as a Financial Accounting Officer with an international bank which is Standard Chartered Bank in its Philippine Branch. My exposures are mostly audit of asset management clients (fund of funds/PE funds, hedge funds, master-feeder structure, unit trusts, SPVs), trust companies, real estate companies, consolidation of holding companies, manufacturing companies which include automotive industry and audit of a financial industry particularly in banking industry. I also have an experience in KYC documentation, UBOs.
