I have what may be a very unique set of professional credentials but more about those in a minute. I have a real passion for working directly with authors who have put in the necessary effort to write the best novel possible and are looking for an editor to polish it for them. Together, we might produce a truly great book. That's what I try to do, and I'm very good at my job. If you want a line edit, I will smooth out your sentences wherever necessary to improve story flow, removing any repetition and issues with balance or sentence length. I am naturally very detail oriented, and I will catch every contradiction and dropped detail. And of course, the grammar, punctuation (per the Chicago Manual of Style), and spelling will be flawless. If you have written a romance, mystery, or fantasy, I want to be your new editor. As a former English Writing and Grammar instructor with a master's degree (TESOL), I have more than 6 years experience in teaching those subjects to international students. In addition, I completed the University of Washington's Editing Certification Program in 2020 and have been working as a professional editor ever since. I look forward to working with you! Anne
