I’m Vanessa, an E-commerce Operations Specialist with 7+ years of experience managing online stores and marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and websites. I have experience in marketplace management, product listings, customer support, sales campaigns, promotions, paid advertising, order coordination, and working closely with logistics and fulfillment teams. I recently completed a Freight VA Challenge, where I trained in freight brokerage, dispatching, load boards, TMS platforms, quoting, rate negotiation, freight classification, carrier communication, and track & trace. I’m now expanding my career into freight and logistics support and looking for opportunities where I can bring my strong e-commerce operations background while continuing to develop my freight knowledge and skills.
