My name is Seyed and I am from California. I have years of experience as an Engineer, Estimator and Drafter in Structural and Architectural design and drawings. I am experienced in preparing Architectural and Structural construction plans for city submittals. I have a Master degree in Structural Engineering from California State University, Northridge. I am an expert in AutoCAD and Revit. I also use Chief Architect, SketchUp ,Enercalc, Tekla Structures and Risa 3dfor my projects. I am totally familiar with most of building codes including: IRC, IBC, CBC,FBC, IFC,IPC and ASCE. I am also accepting projects for Bidding and finalizing proposals for construction projects. I use Planswift software for quantity take off.
