SELECTED OUTCOMES • Re-architected how approximately 60 million source records were brought together in Data Cloud to create unified customer profiles. • Co-designed a fully custom quote-to-cash solution that replaced DealHub and saved approximately $80K annually, independent of Salesforce CPQ or another packaged quoting platform. • In a separate SaaS engagement, reduced enterprise quote turnaround from three days to one using Revenue Cloud Advanced workflows and billing integrations. My experience spans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Financial Services Cloud and Automotive Cloud across SaaS, manufacturing, banking, automotive and retail. I am 4x Salesforce certified, including Agentforce Specialist, Data 360 Consultant and Platform Developer I, with an integrated B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science from IIT Madras.
