Over the past several years I've worked across multiple remote environments simultaneously, supporting business owners and teams with operations, content, systems, and administration. The common thread across all of it: I take what's unclear or unstructured, build a system around it, and execute consistently without needing to be chased. Operations support In operations support I've worked across partner communications, onboarding, ticketing, system transitions, and dispute resolution across a large partner network. Over three years the scope of my involvement grew as the business grew, and I adapted to each phase. Administrative & operational administration Before moving into remote work, I spent eight years in a full-time on-site administrative and operations role within a manufacturing environment. My work covered purchase orders, supplier deliveries, stock control, cash management, sales order processing, data capture, reconciliation, and month-end reporting — supported by SAP and Excel. It is where my attention to detail and operational discipline were built. E-learning production I support full course production cycles from project setup through to LMS deployment — tracking timelines in Asana, drafting client proposals, and authoring SOPs from video-based client instructions to keep production consistent across projects. Content operations I manage a multi-platform publishing workflow independently — authoring SOPs from video instructions, maintaining pipeline tracking in Airtable, and coordinating publishing across WordPress, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest. AI evaluation & language work I evaluate AI model outputs professionally, reviewing responses against detailed rubrics for accuracy, reasoning, and safety. Alongside this I contribute to language and speech projects — transcribing, translating, and recording in Afrikaans and English for AI training datasets. Research & structured analysis My academic background is in Life Sciences (BSc, Microbiology and Biochemistry). That training shaped how I approach information: methodically, with attention to detail, and with a preference for getting things right over getting them done quickly. It translates well into research-adjacent work, documentation, structured analysis, and any role where accuracy matters. I use AI tools as part of real workflows, not as a replacement for judgement. I know how to get useful output and how to assess whether it's actually right. I'm looking for a stable, long-term role — executive assistance, operations coordination, project support, research assistance, or administrative work — somewhere I can bring consistent ownership to one team. Areas I'm particularly drawn to Beyond my core work, I have a genuine interest in dubbing, lyric writing, medicinal plants, fermentation, biogas, and sustainability.
