I can work on CAD, FEA, CFD, and product design projects integrating analytical/ experimental work with computational/ numerical simulations to validate the data and achieve accurate results. I can bring concepts to real-life; can make 3D-Models ready for 3D printing or manufacturing. Follows a streamlined workflow to coordinate with the client up-to-date. Concept visualisations and product design is a key component of my expertise. I can make a 3D model, manufacturing drawings and a complete manual for a concept. I am a certified Siemens NX-11 expert user, have professional expertise at modelling; can also work comfortably with Solidworks and SolidEdge at the same level of expertise. I can: - 3D Modeling (can maintain DOF accurately in case of assembly) - 2D Engineering Drawings and Drafting - Make PBR renders using Redshift/ Keyshot using a wide range of materials I have professional expertise at Ansys Mechanical, CFX, Fluent, ICEM (block meshing) and can confidently work using several modules. Few research papers have been published based on my work in Ansys, OpenFOAM, and COMSOL in the Journal 0f Manufacturing Processes. I have been working on numerical simulations for over 2 years, have also worked with opensource packages like: - Deal.II (FEM) - MICRESS (Phase-Field Modeling) - Thermo-Calc(Material) - OpenFOAM (FVM) efficiently.
