As a Customer Service Representatives, I am responsible for managing various customer issues depending on account assignment; transactions can be related to billing and collections support, client inquiries, product support, or inbound sales. Since I also have experience as a freelance Inside Sales Agent job for a US real estate company, I am responsible for calling leads from different sources, setting an appointment thru Google calendar or handing off to the local realtor, assisting US-based real estate agents on different needs such as updating the leads database, search address on Zillow, Brightmls and Remine, customer service and providing excellent communication via email, tenant portal, chat & over the phone to our residents, as needed, turning utilities on and off, scheduling utility turn-ons/off for our rental properties, sorting through rental payments in/out of the office, assisting with filing, sorting, scanning/uploading, and mailing out paperwork to tenants collection Calls (for past due rent(s) & utilities), filing evictions and directly assisting the Operations Manager and customer/client relations and escalations (via email, chat, tenant portal & over the phone). As a Data Reasearcher my task are Research the Internet in the healthcare domain. Place outbound calls to healthcare practitioners and organizations. Apply newly-verified data elements to database records on an electronic sheet e.g: Google sheet. Provide updates to and maintain Healthcare providers (HCP’s) and Healthcare Organizations (HCO’s) data. Rectify incorrect data elements. Meet and maintain daily performance goals for speed and accuracy. Above all that, I believe I can portray the 3 important qualities of customer service center around three “p”s: professionalism, patience, and a people-first attitude.
