Working in the BPO industry for more than 6 years made me enhance my communication as well as my people skills, but what really amazes me while working in this industry is that I was able to gain knowledge while still continue learning. Email and live chat are my forte with regards to customer service, however, I also had experience handling calls as Technical Support Representative. I handle Telephone, Internet, and Cable issues. Now that I had the courage to leave working in the office and look for a home-based job, I am willing to learn more on this platform with the skills and knowledge I gained all throughout my experience. I have experience handling direct clients from the US who were both in a medical field as a virtual assistant. My tasks would include but not limited to: - Email management - patient intake - Answers inquiry regarding order issues - Follow up with the customers - listing coordination I will give out the knowledge I have invested for me to gain the best profit which is SUCCESS! I am an expert in using these tools: Bliss, Jira, Zendesk, Gorgias, shopify and Salesforce.
