I am a software developer specializing in building business communication applications. With over 20 years of software development experience, I can provide your business a solid, capable solution to your business communication needs. I'm familiar with a variety of business communication technologies, including voice, SMS, email, and chat. I have extensive experience with building voice and messaging solutions with Twilio's CPaaS APIs, and I've worked with similar platforms like Plivo and Asterisk. I will review your requirements and work with you to determine the best approach to achieving your business goals. My specialty is cloud communication platforms. I can assist with hosting your application at AWS or Azure, and with determining a cost effective configuration for running your solution in the cloud.
