Fusion 360 CNC Machining Expert | CAD/CAM, DFM & Manufacturing Drawing
Good mechanical design doesn't end with a finished CAD model. It starts with how the part will actually be made. I design production-ready parts, assemblies and technical drawings with DFM, CNC machining, tolerances and real-world manufacturing in mind. Feel free to contact me. ABOUT ME: I’m a Mechanical Design Engineer with over 16 years of hands-on experience in mechanical design, CNC machining, and manufacturing. I create production-ready parts, assemblies, mechanisms, and technical drawings for real-world manufacturing. I hold a mechanical engineering degree and operate a family-run CNC workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine, where I design, prototype, machine, assemble, and validate functional mechanical parts and assemblies. This practical manufacturing experience helps me make engineering decisions based not only on CAD geometry, but also on tooling access, tolerances, assembly requirements, material selection, production costs, and long-term reliability. My background combines Mechanical Design, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), CNC programming, reverse engineering, prototyping, technical documentation, GD&T, fits and tolerances, and production optimization. I work primarily in Fusion 360 for both design and manufacturing workflows. I understand the full product development cycle: engineering design, prototyping, testing, BOM creation, technical documentation, manufacturing planning, and cost-effective production. I design and build real, functional products — and apply that mindset to every engineering challenge. Whether you need a single manufacturing drawing, a production-ready CAD model, a mechanical assembly, a manufacturable redesign, or ongoing engineering support, I focus on delivering practical, reliable, and manufacturing-ready solutions. I value long-term collaborations, but I’m also available for focused standalone tasks such as mechanical design, production drawings, reverse engineering, and manufacturing documentation. WHAT I OFFER: I specialize in manufacturing-ready mechanical design, functional assemblies, production drawings, and engineering support, including: ✅ Mechanical Design of parts, assemblies, and mechanisms. ✅ Production-ready CAD models and technical drawings for CNC machining, fabrication, and manufacturing. ✅ Design for Manufacturing (DFM) to improve manufacturability, reduce production costs, and simplify assembly. ✅ GD&T, fits, tolerances, and engineering documentation for reliable production and assembly. ✅ Reverse Engineering of existing parts, products, and assemblies. ✅ Manufacturing support, CNC-oriented design, tooling, fixturing, and production optimization. ✅ Prototyping and product development support from concept through production. ✅ Long-term engineering collaboration for manufacturers, startups, and product development teams. Additional Manufacturing & Engineering Support: I also provide CNC machining services and manufacturing support for projects that require more than CAD design alone. This includes production-ready designs, manufacturing drawings for suppliers, DFM analysis and optimization, tolerance stack-up analysis, BOM creation for manufacturing, and supplier-ready documentation. I can also provide rapid prototyping support, CNC-ready geometry, and practical assistance throughout the transition from engineering design to manufacturing. Final Deliverables May Include: ● Production-ready 3D CAD models (Fusion 360 source files, .f3d, .f3z, .STEP, .IGES, .STL, .OBJ, and other required formats). ● Manufacturing drawings, production drawings, assembly drawings, fabrication drawings, and technical documentation prepared for CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, and production. ● Engineering drawings with GD&T, fits and tolerances, surface finish requirements, technical notes, section views, exploded views, and detailed manufacturing annotations. ● Bills of Materials (BOMs), assembly documentation, manufacturing documentation, production documentation, and sourcing-ready deliverables. ● CAM-ready geometry, Fusion 360 CAM files, CNC milling toolpaths, and manufacturing-ready solid models or surface geometry. ● Deliverables prepared for prototyping, supplier communication, manufacturing, inspection, assembly, and production workflows. Tools & Capabilities Fusion 360 CAD / CAM (licensed) CNC milling center (x1) In-house prototyping capabilities Precision measuring instruments My Work Ethic I take responsibility for deadlines, communication, and the outcome I value long-term collaboration over one-time gigs I communicate clearly about feasibility and don’t overpromise I provide clear technical reasoning, not just opinions I start working promptly and keep clients informed I aim to build lasting relationships with professionals who value quality Most of my work is protected under NDAs, so my public portfolio is limited. If you need a DFM review, production-ready design, or manufacturing drawings, feel free to contact me — I'm always open to collaboration.
