I am an experienced Content Moderator with a strong background in multilingual content review, having worked full-time in German, English, and Turkish moderation roles from 2019 to 2022. Since then, I have continued working in the field as a freelancer, further strengthening my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions in fast-paced environments. Alongside my professional experience, I actively invested in my personal and professional development by completing various training programs and courses related to the IT industry. This led me to transition into technology-focused roles, where I have been applying my knowledge since 2022. Over the past few years, I have gained hands-on experience working with SQL, Microsoft Planner, SAP PP/PM modules, and C#-based software solutions. In these roles, I have collaborated closely with software development teams, business stakeholders, and consultants throughout the software development lifecycle. My responsibilities included supporting requirement analysis, preparing and executing test scenarios, validating SQL queries, identifying issues, and contributing to successful production deployments.
