I find the security gaps nobody owns and get them closed. I am a Security Analyst at Checkout, a PCI DSS Level 1 payments platform. I run day-to-day vulnerability management there: prioritising findings by exposure and exploitability, enforcing 30, 60 and 90-day remediation targets, and getting product owners to fix what matters. In one week I drove owners to close ~20 critical vulnerabilities in PCI-scoped environments. What I bring to your project: - Vulnerability management: triage with CVSS, EPSS and the CISA known-exploited list; remediation tracking; evidence for PCI DSS, SOC 2 and ISO 27001 audits. - Security operations: incident investigation, phishing analysis, SIEM detection tuning, validation of external researcher reports. - Identity and endpoint: Okta, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf, Netskope and SentinelOne. I ran global Netskope client upgrades across ~3,000 devices in 7 regions. - IT operations: 8+ years across 1st, 2nd and 3rd line for YOOX NET-A-PORTER, Jumio and Checkout, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration. - Documentation: ~190 Confluence pages written across IT and security: SOPs, detection runbooks, playbooks and design reviews. I also build the tools that make this work repeatable. I have designed and shipped 12 security tools since May 2025, built with Claude Code. Eleven closed gaps I found myself; one came out of a post-incident review. Certifications: CompTIA Security+, Netskope AI Security Specialist, Netskope SSE Administrator, Netskope SASE Associate, Okta Identity Foundations, AWS Cloud Practitioner and 6 more.
