Being a Team Leader is exactly what you'd think it is in mind. I'm a person at work that everyone wants to know but nobody wants to be. If you want to get something done, you come to me-everyone knows that! Yet no one wants to have to do what I do because of the amount of personal time and effort that goes into being everyone's go-to. Fortunately, I'm very competitive with staying organized and making everyone's life easier. It brings such a sincere joy to my heart to take the burden off of my loved ones' shoulders, and I always do anything I can to enhance that. Work is no different. There aren't many things that can grow a company the way that trust and dependability can, and I pride myself in being so dedicated to both. When I am not at work, I usually spent my time with my family and my cat named Eggy. They are absolutely my great believers and supporters that made me who I am today. I also do travel that opens my ideas and perspectives with the growth of knowledge and connections incorporated in every aspect. To the nth degree, I'm just an individual. I believe in everyone and their goals with respect. I will bend over backward to help others' dreams come true, but I also understand the importance of standing my ground and holding my own --- Balance. The most important thing at the end of the day is that you strive to be BETTER each day. "IF YOU THINK YOU CAN. YOU WILL. JUST DO IT! NO EXCUSES. Feel free to reach out if ever you need any career advice or emotional support on any situations that I might help. If you're in deep pain and are losing hope please remember the phrase "This too shall pass". To God be all the glory. Thank you.
