• I am a Top-Rated Plus Freelancer at Upwork. I have sourcing experience of 15+ years and have sourced all kinds of products. My Upwork sourcing service scope includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Product Sourcing in China: Source different suppliers from various channels like Alibaba, AliExpress, Chian internal Alibaba, Taobao, Pingduoduo, Made-in-China, and myriad on-site locations...at least screen more than 5 suppliers to get their prices for comparison, and ensure that we will get the best price with high quality; 2. Sample Testing: Get samples from 2 to 3 suppliers, check or test them, and ship the selected ones to me for review and approval; 3. Production Monitor: I will closely monitor the production process during production and share the production pictures/ videos with the clients. 4. Quality Control: I can help arrange the inspection before shipping once the production is done. 5. Logistics: Once the shipment inspection is approved, I can contact multiple forwarders to get the best quote for the clients and ensure their interest. I will follow up and forward shipment tracking information until the products are received in good condition and complete. 6. All process Follow-up From the start until the clients receive the order 7. My method for managing supplier communications--shared chat group after I accept the Upwork contract After I find some qualified suppliers, I can set up chat groups that loop you and the suppliers. I will talk about the customized requests, MOQ, and prices with the suppliers in the chat group so you can stay informed and involved as needed. You can be dormant and keep an eye on my communication with the supplier. You can ask the suppliers any questions in the chat group if you want. This setup will be ideal for a smooth flow of information.
