Been a waiter for many years in the cruise ship and worked as a Restaurant Supervisor, shifted my career as a chat support agent after giving birth to my first child, worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist and now working as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative providing efficient, high quality customer service. My skills in communicating with clients over the phone, chat and email are well enhanced coming from years of accumulated learnings and knowledge.
