I am a Yoga Alliance, USA and Nepal Government certified Yoga practitioner from India, with 4 years of experience in guiding others towards holistic well-being. Before getting into teaching, I spent 5 years navigating the dynamic landscape of digital marketing. From the shores of Goa to the vibrant Bangalore, and even the serene landscapes of Chiang Mai and Bangkok, I've had the privilege of sharing my knowledge and practice with diverse communities. I am available for online yoga classes as well as offline workshops. When I'm not guiding students through yoga flows, you'll find me organising board game nights or carving out new paths on my skateboard. After all, life's journey is about balance – both on and off the mat!
