I have had leadership roles over the years with reputable organizations including government bodies that saw me tending to teams of 10-20 individuals at a time, each with a different skill set thus having different job descriptions that require personalized job details for each professional to carry out their prescribed duties. I have dealt with clients from various demographics on a wide range of topics including sales marketing and Real estate. I have been able to successfully convince potential clients with my superb marketing skills to lease warehouse spaces of some 15,000-40,000 square feet for multinational corporations on ( The Garmex Freezone) located in Kingston Jamaica and also attend to other existing clients and specific needs that arise at there facilities through proper liaise on methods that ensure a high level of infrastructural integrity is adhere to and maintained, not only on the Garmex but across the island at other government ran facilities that fall under our company's jurisdiction all while ensuring that my staff is well equipped with the right tools to ensure safety, lower risks/risk aversion and also minimizing material wastage, so they can succeed at any given task they may have been assigned to at any period of time. I do consider myself to be a leader that can be a benefit to your real estate position that may be available and look forward to being a leader of a lifebushido team or simply a member of the team because I know I possess the right attitude and foresight to bring continued value to your esteemed organization.
