Ochieng' is a legal scholar, researcher, and practicing attorney specializing in family law, constitutionalism, and human rights. His most recent publication is available in the journal No. 4 (2024): Discourse of Law and Administration. Currently, Ochieng is enrolled for LLM in Human Rights & Democratization in Africa at the University of Pretoria (2027 class). He also serves as a Legal Associate majorly handling appeals and high impact litigation at the superior courts. He is entrusted with defending high-stake infrastructure projects spanning into billions of Kenya shillings.
