I have a total of five years experience as a Sales Representative for an internet access, software licensing and hardware warranties renewal. As a Sales Representative, I am familiar with the software licensing requirements and I've experienced dealing with different kind of customers (distributors,resellers and end-customers),provide them quotations,process their orders and attend to their queries. I also have knowledge in Sales Tool Applications such as Salesforce and SAP. Also, I've experienced handling both US and Australian customers.
