I help teams take operations that already work and make them faster, more reliable, and much less manual. I’ve spent the last 6+ years working inside the AI industry, mostly across multilingual Data Operations, speech, transcription, labeling, QA, training, and large distributed teams. That gave me a very practical view of where AI projects actually get messy: data quality, human review, unclear ownership, bad handoffs, fragile workflows, and too much repetitive work. Now a growing part of my work is redesigning those systems with AI and automation. I build and improve things like: • AI-assisted operational workflows • Internal tools, dashboards, and lightweight apps • Agent and LLM-based processes • Automated triage, routing, reporting, and follow-up • Knowledge retrieval and internal Q&A systems • QA, review, and exception-handling workflows • Human-in-the-loop AI systems • API-connected operational processes My approach is pretty simple: get close to the work first. Find where time is actually going. See what keeps repeating. Understand what still needs human judgment. Then automate the right parts instead of just adding AI on top of a bad process. I’m especially useful when the situation sounds like: “This works, but we can’t keep doing it like this.” That’s usually where the best opportunities are. I can help figure out what should be automated, what should stay human, what needs better visibility, and how to make the whole operation scale without adding endless coordination. I also have a background in audio production and sound engineering, so I’m especially comfortable with speech, voice, transcription, linguistic data, and audio-heavy AI projects. I speak Spanish and English fluently, plus professional French and Portuguese. If you have a messy operation with too much manual work, too many moving parts, or a process that won’t survive the next stage of growth, bring me that version.
