Miodrag S.

I’ve been writing code long enough to remember when BASIC felt like magic and when a “debugger” was mostly your own frustration. Across four decades, tech has changed faster than hairstyles, but I’ve happily kept both up to date. My coding journey, decade by decade: - 1980s: BASIC (my first love ❤️) and a bit of C - when computers were loud, slow, and beautiful - 1990s: Pascal, Cobol, C++ - the era of serious programming and questionable UI design - 2000s: PHP + MySQL - building the early web one spaghetti script at a time - 2010s: Java and JavaScript - enterprise on one side, wild west on the other - 2020s: Node.js, React, Solidity, Python — AI, blockchain, automations, and everything in between Along the way, I realized I don’t just like building software, I like building teams, systems, and processes that actually work. So I spent the last years mixing: - Project & Product Management across IT and SaaS - International Development projects (where "deadline flexibility" is a lifestyle) - Banking & fintech (where deadlines stop being flexible) - Academia, mentoring, research and development And yes… the real mining industry - not crypto mining, actual mining with rocks, helmets, and very serious engineers... Today I’m a hybrid: 🔧 Engineer by instinct 📊 Product/Project Lead by experience 🌍 International collaborator by habit 🤖 Automation & AI enthusiast by passion If it involves solving problems, building something new, or turning chaos into a process - I’m probably interested.
