I have been working with IBM and Power servers running IBM i for several years. I started with Power5, and then continued working with all newer generations. My tasks include OS and LPP installation, patching, problem diagnosing and performance analysis. I also do regular DR test, both tape-based and HA switching (with IBM storage global mirroring mainly, I also have experience with PowerHA with iASP replication). Over the years I developed skills in hardware and PowerVM (VIOS). I have done several installations and virtualized various physical servers. My tasks also include IBM storage configuration (hosts and luns) and zoning, on Brocade/Broadcom FC switches. I also do some CL programming to automate regular tasks, like clean-ups.
