Revathi A.

Hi! I'm Rev! A former management consultant, now a professional ghostwriter, editor, and proofreader with a passion for helping authors, businesses, and academics create strong narratives. Before transitioning into professional writing and editing, I built a career spanning management consulting (primarily in emerging markets), finance, and international affairs. I hold a BA in International Politics and Economics from Middlebury College, an MS in International Relations (Finance) from Georgetown University, and an MS in Luxury Hospitality Management from the International University of Monaco. I'm a native English speaker and American citizen, splitting my time between the United States (Washington, D.C.) and Monte Carlo, Monaco. I am a bibliophile. Whether it's developmental editing, line editing, copyediting, proofreading, or ghostwriting, I love helping writers transform ideas into compelling, polished manuscripts while preserving each author's unique tone. I work across a wide range of fiction and nonfiction genres and love immersing myself in each project. Beyond fiction and nonfiction, I edit and write corporate content, academic papers, websites, marketing materials, business documents, training modules, and investor communications. My consulting background has given me exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas with clarity and precision. Having worked professionally in more than 20 countries and traveled to over 60, I bring a global perspective to every project. I am fluent in English and French and have conversational proficiency in Italian and Mandarin. Whether you need a meticulous proofreader, a thoughtful editor, or a collaborative ghostwriter, my goal is always the same: to elevate your work while maintaining your voice and vision. I look forward to working with you.
