I'm a Microsoft 365 and Azure engineer with 8+ years in IT. For the past several years I've worked full-time in the Microsoft cloud, deploying tenants, supporting users, and training teams. My colleagues often send me their Teams questions, and I like turning messy setups into stable, well-documented environments. Before the cloud, I spent years in system and network administration, so I understand what's happening under the hood as well as in the admin portal. I'm detail-oriented, reliable, and clear in my communication. I'm a native French speaker and comfortable working in English.
