I’m an Aviation & Aerospace Operational Documentation Consultant with 10+ years of experience working across airline operations, technical publications, aviation safety, compliance, information management, and digital documentation systems. My recent consulting work has included leading documentation and DMS transformation projects, supporting the migration of operational content between systems, and redesigning large operational manuals to make them more usable, maintainable and digitally accessible. I have hands-on experience with platforms and tools including Comply365, Web Manuals, Yonder, DocuNet, Adobe FrameMaker, Microsoft Word, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint, among others. I founded my contract company, Manchac Technical Publications, to provide that expertise independently, bringing the perspective of someone who understands both the documentation itself and the operational environments in which it has to work.
