I regularly develop and manage mandatory annual trainings, including Fair Housing and Sexual Harassment Prevention, and support onboarding and workforce alignment across remote and on-site teams. I work extensively with HR and property management systems including Paylocity, BambooHR, and Rent Manager, and I am proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. I am comfortable managing HR documentation, reporting, and workflows within HRIS platforms and shared document systems. Earlier in my career, I supported startup environments where I wore multiple hats, including HR, administrative operations, internal communications, content writing, translation, and process development.
