Interior & Commercial 3D Rendering | Retail, Workplace, 360 Tours
I produce interior and commercial visuals - retail store concepts, workplaces, industrial facilities, 360 virtual tours, and kitchen, bath and product roomsets. WHAT I WORK ON Retail - cosmetics and coffee store concepts, supermarket departments, shopping centre interiors, shopfronts Workplace - open plan offices, coworking, meeting rooms, industrial loft conversions Industrial - grain facilities, processing plants, warehouse interiors, logistics and facility exteriors Kitchen and bath - four years of ongoing roomset work for a Toronto remodelling firm Residential - living, dining and bedroom interiors Product - furniture, storage and appliance visuals for catalogues and marketplace listings Animation - product films and architectural walkthroughs, up to 4K 60fps 360 tours - 8000 x 4000 equirectangular panoramas, full apartment sets Floor plans - furnished 3D plans for sales and listing use HOW I WORK I start from whatever you have: a plan, a sketch, a SketchUp or CAD file, or just a material list. Stills are delivered at 2000 x 2000 square plus vertical crops, ready for catalogues and marketplace listings. Where this usually saves the most money is variants. Once a scene is built, each additional finish or colourway costs a fraction of the first image, so a large SKU range does not need a separate shoot for every option, and a catalogue can go out before a prototype exists. Standard turnaround is 5 working days, with 2-3 day rush available. Two rounds of revision are included. SOFTWARE 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, ZBrush, Marvelous Designer, Substance, After Effects, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Illustrator. I work in North American specifications and I am used to long-running client relationships - my main engagement has been running for four years. Happy to render one product or one room first so you can judge the quality against your current imagery.
