I'm not a freelancer in the traditional sense. I'm a founder who takes on the right projects between building my own things, which means when I'm working with you, you get someone who thinks like an owner, moves like a team of five, and doesn't waste your time or mine. I build mobile apps and SaaS products. That's what I do, and I've been doing it since 2014. My specialism is Expo and React Native - I've built everything from games, productivity, entertainment, food & drink apps to finance platforms to enterprise tools. Before going full-time on my own products, I was Head of Product Excellence at Novartis, where I led digital transformation across pharma operations. Since then I've built multiple products across different verticals: fintech, enterprise tooling, media, trading systems. I currently run a holding company with ~7 active sub-companies, each with its own product. I ship working software, not decks about working software. I'm comfortable going from a napkin idea to a deployed product. I use AI tooling heavily in my workflow, which means I move at a pace most teams can't match, but the code is solid, tested, and maintainable. I'm also happy to scope, architect, and advise if you need someone who's done this enough times to know where the landmines are. Tech stack: React Native / Expo, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, Next.js, Prisma, MySQL, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Three.js, Claude API, WebSockets, Playwright, Docker --- I'm not the cheapest option. I'm not interested in projects that don't have clear requirements. I'm not going to spend three weeks in discovery when the problem is already well-defined.
