Dentists can easily get an estimated amount for upcoming visits. No need to verify again with the insurance just collect the patient co-payment on the visit. I am using paid services for remotely accessing computers using Splashtop. I am submitting claims, posting payments, Working on Aging reports, Pre and post-authorization for Medicaid plans. I am familiar with all state's guidelines for claim submission and terms. Diagnosis and preventative services are paying without attachment. Basic and primary services must require attachment. Like SRP required X-Rays narratives and Periodontal charts. I can make the periodontal chart as well with pocket depth which one insurance requires. Also, for Implants, and dentures crowns we must have X-Rays and narratives. Crown we need to mention the initial or replacement of teeth. For dentures, we need to mention extracted teeth and X-Rays.
