Megi D.

From a young age, I was inspired by crossing borders, hearing new languages, and experiencing different cultures; a passion that led me to build a dynamic career in travel and event planning. As a licensed venue sourcing expert, I specialise in high-level event planning and professional site selection, offering bespoke services for events of all scales worldwide. From sourcing the perfect venue to planning seamless MICE events, I cater to diverse needs with precision and creativity. With over eight years of international experience, I’ve managed travel operations and event planning for leading companies in Europe and the United States. My expertise spans Destination Management Companies (DMCs), Tour Operators, MICE projects, and Destination Marketing Organisations (DMOs), ensuring exceptional results. Currently based in Albania, my global perspective is shaped by roles with organisations such as Development Counsellors International (DCI) in New York City and the Department of Culture and Tourism in Abu Dhabi. Since joining Upwork in 2019, I’ve built a reputation as a detail-oriented, professional, and results-driven expert. Let’s collaborate to bring your event or project to life with tailored, high-quality solutions. *MICE: Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events
