I work directly with the Jotform API and webhooks and build automations in n8n (including self-hosted n8n), Zapier and Make. Typical results: submissions created or updated in your CRM, PDFs generated and filed in Google Drive, records synced to Google Sheets, alerts routed by answer, and AI-assisted steps that summarize or sort responses before a person reviews them. A detail that often catches people off: n8n's built-in Jotform node only triggers on new submissions, so pulling past submissions, downloading PDFs, or writing data back needs direct API work, and HIPAA or EU accounts need the correct API domain.
