I have extensive experience implementing non-mainstream solutions such as HP switching, SonicWall security solutions and Microsoft Hyper-V clustering and Remote Desktop Services. I also have extensive experience with voice and collaboration systems such as Microsoft Teams and Ring Central. I spent 10 years in the military as a Telecommunications Engineer and have over 20 years designing, implementing and managing networks and system of all sizes. I am also well versed in most of the Microsoft 365 Power Platform to include Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI. I have extensive process and analysis training with Six Sigma, Lean and Agile.
