Managing a team of Data Stewards responsible for manually verifying and updating data records to improve core data by using standard methods of research. The data stewards will identify the elements which they will steward, with the ultimate results being standards, controls, and data entry. Assist clients in navigating the website or data room, guides with enabling/setting up third-party applications such as Adobe Reader, Adobe Flash, and different types of browsers. Collaborate with IT people about whitelisting URLs to pass through the company network firewall. It can be through phone (8x8), emails, and chat (Oracle Right Now). Assist customers through phone and/or emails (Zendesk) with troubleshooting the tracker device such as sending alerts to their contacts and checking in to their current locations.
