Social Media Specialist / Customer Service Support

I have been working as a Customer Service Support for over 7 years and as a Social Media Specialist for about a year. I have worked for American, Canadian, and Australian clients and I have handled financial, telecommunication, insurance, and retail accounts. I am skilled in communicating with clients over the phone and email. I also have experience with Live Chat Support, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Amazon Seller Central, and I am a fast learner who is a hundred percent willing to learn any tools needed for the job. I also had previous experience in managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I am also familiar with Planoly and Edgar as tools for social media management. Aside from the experiences and skills I have mentioned above, I can also handle photo and video editing tasks since I have been using Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator ever since I was in the university.
