I am an advisor, facilitator and coach. I help business owners get what they want from their business. I have worked for business owners all my life. My father and all four of my grandparents were entrepreneurs. Over the past 25 years, I have worked with hundreds of entrepreneurs, owners and their leadership teams to achieve some of their most important objectives and solve some of their biggest problems. I started my career as a credit analyst at a large national bank. After graduating from business school, I became an advisor and investment banker with a focus on helping growing family-owned and privately held companies acquire other businesses and raise capital. I became an EOS implementer when I realized many of my best clients were running on EOS. I started my advisory practice in 2018. In addition to teaching EOS to leadership teams, I teach the Value Acceleration Methodology to owners – a process modernized by the Exit Planning Institute. I am a problem solver and connector.
