I help founders, startups, and growing teams eliminate busywork, capture more leads, and run smoother operations using smart automation. 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗙𝗜𝗫 ✔ Broken or unreliable workflows that stall your daily operations ✔ Disconnected tools (CRMs, databases, and payment processors) that don't talk to each other ✔ Critical revenue or lead data getting lost in transit ✔ Spending hours manually moving data across spreadsheets 𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗜 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗗 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗬𝗢𝗨 ✔ Robust backend automation & ETL pipelines (Stripe, Supabase, Webhook architecture) ✔ Advanced CRM workflows (GoHighLevel, Ontraport, HubSpot) that stay perfectly synced ✔ AI Agent integrations and automated workflows for conditional data processing ✔ Secure database architecture running quietly 24/7 𝗔 𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗫𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗠𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 A small business had their user data stored securely in Supabase, but their communication channels and sales CRM weren't connected yet. Instead of forcing their team to manually monitor database changes, I built an automated user onboarding engine using n8n connected to Go High Level. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆: 1. Listens to live updates in Supabase the exact moment a new user registers or changes status. 2. Cleanses and routes that data instantly into their GoHighLevel CRM without touching or disrupting the core database. 3. Triggers custom onboarding sequences through SMS/Email based on the user's specific tier. 4. Alerts the internal team via specialized Slack channels to ensure immediate cross-department visibility. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁? The company's customer experience was instantly standardized, manual tracking dropped to zero, and the internal team never missed a critical user milestone. 𝗛𝗢𝗪 𝗜 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 I don’t just connect tools; I design systems that actually make sense for your business. Every workflow is: ✔Reliable ✔Scalable ✔Easy for you to manage after delivery I don’t just connect platforms with basic triggers. I design infrastructure. Every system I build is: ✔Error-resistant and built to handle data safely. ✔Scalable as your active user base grows. ✔Easy to manage or handover to your internal team. 🛠️ 𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗛 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗞 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: n8n · Make (Integromat) · Zapier 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀 & 𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻𝗱𝘀: Supabase · Airtable · Notion · Google Sheets 𝗖𝗥𝗠𝘀 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: GoHighLevel · Ontraport · HubSpot · Pipedrive 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲: Webhook Architecture · REST APIs · JSON · Low-Code Scripting 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: Twilio · Slack · Discord · Stripe 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗙𝗜𝗧 𝗙𝗢𝗥 🔹 Founders & Small Teams: Tired of wasting hours copy-pasting lead details manually, managing messy spreadsheets, or missing hot follow-ups. 🔹 Agencies Looking to Scale: Wanting to double their client capacity and manage heavy operations cleanly without doubling their payroll or hiring more staff. 🔹 Startups Aiming for Efficiency: Growing companies that already have their tech stack or databases but need someone to bridge the gaps between their systems. 🔹 E-Commerce Brands: Needing seamless backend operations, instant customer data syncing, and automated internal order or shipping notifications. 📩 𝗟𝗘𝗧'𝗦 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 Send me a brief description of the messiest manual process or disconnected tools you are currently battling.
