Jessica T.

Hi! I'm Jess. I help creatives, healers, community organizers, and purpose-driven founders take ideas from concept to creation. Bringing together creative strategy, project management, creative direction, design, and hands-on production to help good work actually make its way into the world. I support the full creative process: shaping ideas, defining direction, organising the moving parts, creating the work, and getting it ready to share. This can include websites, branding, campaigns, social content, UGC, visual assets, photography, and the systems and workflows that make creative projects easier to manage. With 8+ years of experience across visual design, photography, branding, retouching, creative production, and project leadership, I understand both the creative and operational sides of bringing an idea to life. I’ve worked with brands including Canon Canada, Gymshark, and Oribe, and have also built and managed a photography community of 1,000+ members. My approach is especially informed by psychology, spirituality, mindfulness, and neurodivergent ways of working. I also hold a certificate from an MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) course, which informs the way I approach overwhelm, organization, and sustainable creative work. I don’t believe good creative work needs to come from constant pressure or chaos. The right structure can create more freedom, clarity, and space to create. FlowCreative is about finding that flow, and helping good people bring good work into the world.
