Growth Operating Systems Architect | RevOps, CRM, AI & Ops Execution
Most businesses I meet are not short on leads. They are short on follow-through. So the question is: where does the revenue actually break? Is it weak qualification? Inconsistent follow-up? Poor handoffs? Lost client context? Unclear ownership? Or leadership making decisions from reports nobody fully trusts? That is usually where the real problem starts. I help founders, operators, and leadership teams identify those gaps and build the operating system behind growth. That can include revenue operations, CRM architecture, lifecycle design, workflow automation, sales process, customer success operations, executive dashboards, AI-assisted workflows, margin and LTV visibility, and management accountability. The goal is not more software. The goal is a system your team can actually run. One that makes ownership visible, keeps context intact, shows where revenue is moving or stalling, and protects the client promise as the business grows. My background spans enterprise technology, Silicon Valley construction, sales, marketing, operations, and business development, including $12M+ in enterprise pipeline management and work across healthcare, life sciences, semiconductor, construction, technology, financial services, and growth-stage organizations. I have supported organizations and project environments associated with Alibaba, Tyson Foods, Foxconn, Morgan Stanley, TSMC North America, Neuralink, JLL, Medtronic, Stamps dot com, JD Sports, GRAIL, Fisher Investments, Malwarebytes, Wine dot com, Alarm. dot com, Granite Construction, Hines, Visby Medical, Vectra AI, and Certara. That experience taught me that growth problems rarely begin inside the CRM. They show up between teams. Between sales and operations. Between marketing and follow-up. Between customer success and delivery. Between leadership decisions and frontline execution. The CRM usually just exposes the symptoms. My role is to find the operational truth behind those symptoms, then build the workflows, visibility, accountability, and operating rhythm required to scale without adding chaos. This is not software setup. It is strategy made operational. Send me the current workflow, and I will show you where the system is leaking.
